Order Processing:
Normal order processing can take between 1-3
business days (Monday Friday).
Shipping Delivery
The following shipping methods are available,
Standard Ground (5-7 business days), Ship to Store (5-7 business days), Second
Day (2 business days) and Next Day (1 business day). Business days do not
include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some
items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight,
hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard
Ground or Ship to Store available. Please note that orders could arrive in
multiple packages.
What is the "Oversized
Shipping" charge?
For some items shipping within the China an
incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item‘s size and weight.
The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. Note: The
incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and
throughout checkout.
Shipping Promotion Exclusions
The following items are excluded from shipping
promotions: Oversized Shipping Charges, Gift Cards, Custom Invitations, Custom
Canvas and Photo Center purchases.

ChinaSecond Day Air $10.95 (2 business days)
ChinaNext Day Air $12.95 (1 business day)

orders require a street address
- Orders cannot be
shipped to PO Boxes
- Not all shipping
methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.

E-Gift Card Orders
- To ensure
same-day delivery, order must be placed by 5pm EST, pending payment
authorization.
- You can also
schedule a delivery for the date of your choice. All E-Gift cards are
redeemable online and in store.
